Easter 2012

What a wonderful Easter weekend we had here at the Stone house! I seriously told Renzi last night that it was one of my favorite days ever.

This little bunny made it super special.

As did this little bitty bunny.....

We decided in the last two weeks that since Renzi's dad and step mom would be in town that we would baptize Walker during Easter service at our church on Sunday. It was such a joyous time and although not all of our loved ones could be there, we were so blessed to have some special people attend.

Here is Walker with Reilly and his Godmother Addie (Dee Dee). Love love love them!

And here is Walker with my dad, step mom Saundra and her mom Bobbie Jean. Aren't they cute? Walker is clearly tired of taking pictures at this point and is telling me to talk to the hand.

My mom and my step dad Lewis were there as well...

And Auntie Em and Dustin were there all the way from Austin, TX!!! We joked that it looked like this was their little family. They gained two kids in about 2.5 seconds! :)

My sweet stepbrother, Brian and his wife (and one of my good friends!) Kristen and their daughter Story with Walker and Jackson. Isn't Story's hat fabulous???

And here are Pops and Cine and Walker outside by the angel. So pretty!

And Renzi and his sweet momma. So happy she was there as well.

And lastly, here is my precious little family!

The baptism was so great and our minister, Bob Long, did such an amazing job. He included our whole family in the prayer afterwards and said some special things about Isaiah. Bob is one in a million and he has seen us through so many major events in our lives. He did Renzi's and our pre-marriage counseling, he married us, he baptized Jackson, he baptized Isaiah, he did Isaiah's funeral and now he has baptized sweet Walker. Words can not express how kind our church is to us and we are forever grateful for all that they do for us. If you are ever looking for a church to attend in OKC, St. Luke's United Methodist Church is pretty hard to beat.

We wrapped up the day with a big Easter lunch at our house and had family over for the rest of the day.

It was a day to remember for sure!

Much love,
-Lee Anne

Thanks for letting us momentarily gain the 2.5 second family, parenthood didn't seem so hard in that instant :).

Jackson is so fun at the age he is at, while we were talking on the pews and I was pulling his leg about being able to do a full flip then a slam dunk, he stopped, stared up at me, and said "your just kidding with me aren't you?".

His ability to read people at the age of 4.7 is amazing!
